Common use of Hours Between Shifts Clause in Contracts

Hours Between Shifts. ‌ Unless mutually agreed otherwise, Nurses shall not be required to work more than a total of sixteen (16) hours (inclusive of regular and overtime hours) in a twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at the first (1st) hour the Nurse reports to work, except in emergency situations and to cover change of shift as set out in Article 7.06.
