Hours - Full Time Shift Work. This sub-clause shall apply to shift workers as hereinbefore defined. The ordinary hours of shift workers shall average thirty eight (38) per week and shall not exceed one hundred and fifty two (152) hours in twenty eight (28) consecutive days. Provided that where the employer and the Union agree, a roster system may operate on the basis that the weekly average of thirty eight (38) ordinary hours is achieved over a period which exceeds twenty eight (28) consecutive days.

  • Full-Time Nurse is a Nurse who is hired to a position on a regular or temporary basis to work the work period described in Article 7.00 of this Agreement.

  • Full-Time Position Executive accepts such employment and agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, energies and attention to the performance of his duties hereunder. Nothing herein shall be construed as preventing Executive from making and supervising personal investments, provided they will not interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder or violate the provisions of Section 5.4 hereof.

  • Hour Shifts When the Employer deems it necessary to implement a twelve (12) hour work day, affected employees shall be notified pursuant to Clause 14.05. The following Clauses shall be replaced or added to the Collective Agreement where appropriate.

  • Hours Worked For the purpose of computing the number of hours worked, all time during which an employee is in paid status shall be construed as hours worked.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.
