Hours of Collection Operations. Collection of Waste Material shall not start before 7:00 A.M. or continue after 8:00 P.M. with the exception of summer residential schedule which shall begin no earlier that 6 a.m. between June 1 and September 1 to avoid employee heat related injuries. Exceptions to collection hours shall be affected only upon the mutual agreement of the City and Company, or when Company reasonably determines that an exception is necessary in order to complete collection on an existing collection route due to unusual circumstances.
