Common use of Hours of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Hours of Coverage. Philips will provide the Planned and Corrective Maintenance services during the service window hours as indicated in the Quotation excluding Philips observed public holidays. If the Quotation does not mention the hours of coverage, normal coverage would be Business Hours, Mo-Fri, 9am-5pm, Covered System local time, excluding holidays.
