Hours of Coverage. Maintenance Services we perform at your location may be available 24 hours each day, seven days each week for certain IBM Machines. For other Machines, this same coverage may be available by a combination of base hours and additional optional hours of coverage which you select. Depending on the type of Machine, additional charges may apply for optional hours of coverage. Weekdays, the base hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and you may add optional hours that are the same each day. For weekends, since these hours do not apply, you can obtain 24 hours of coverage for Saturday and/or Sunday, by selecting optional hours of coverage. Optional hours may be different for Saturday and Sunday but must cover the same consecutive hours each day. We will advise you of the available optional hours. If you ask us to provide Maintenance Services outside of the base hours or your selected optional hours of coverage, they will be charged on a per incident basis. Maintenance Services we perform at our service locations are available during their regular business hours.
