HOURS OF LABOUR. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ working hours will be 38 per week and will be worked as 5 days each of 8 hours or alternatively, 4 days each of 10 hours. Either 0.4 or 0.5 respectively of one hour of each day worked will accrue as an entitlement to provide one day off per 4- week cycle paid for as though worked (rostered day off). An employee, where agreed between the employer and employee, may request unpaid time off work, which will alter the number of ordinary working hours paid, however, RDO accrual requirements (2 hours) must be met on a weekly basis.
