Common use of Hours of Opening Clause in Contracts

Hours of Opening. The Exhibition will be open to visitors at advertised stated times each day, during which periods the Exhibitor undertakes to have his exhibits on display, in good order, adequately attended and not covered up. No Exhibitor shall have the right prior to the closing of the Exhibition to pack or remove articles on display without permission in writing from the Organiser.
