HOURS OF SERVICE REQUIREMENT. Subject to the top heavy minimum allocation requirement of Section 3.04(B), the Advisory Committee will not allocate any portion of an Employer contribution for a Plan Year to any Participant's Account if the Participant does not complete a minimum of 1,000 Hours of Service during the Plan Year, unless the Participant terminates employment during the Plan Year because of death or disability or because of the attainment of Normal Requirement Age in the current Plan Year or in a prior Plan Year. The 1,000 Hours of Service requirement does not apply to an allocation of deferral contributions or matching contributions.
