HOURS OF SERVICE RULE. If the Adoption Agreement so provides, the Participant has that number of Hours of Service in the Plan Year required by the Adoption Agreement, or the Participant died, became Disabled or retired at or after his Normal Retirement Age during such Plan Year. No other Participant shall be considered an eligible Participant for such Plan Year.
