Common use of Hours of Usage Clause in Contracts

Hours of Usage. Effective usage hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM for each day covered by this agreement. Failure to adhere to this condition may be cause to void this agreement with all funds forfeited – No after dark usage.

Hours of Usage. Effective usage hours are 8:00AM 9:AM to 6:00PM 4:30PM for each day covered by this agreement. Failure to adhere to this condition 9am arrival may be cause to void this agreement with all funds forfeited forfeited. LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE RATE OF $50.00 PER EACH ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES AFTER 4:45PM.– No after dark usage.
