The 'House Programs' clause defines the rules and procedures governing programs or initiatives managed by the property owner or landlord within a residential or commercial property. House Programs. ‌ House programs provided to the audience at each performance by the Engager shall indicate all Dancers appearing in Principal and Soloist roles and the name of each Dancer appearing in such roles. When there are changes in casting which make the program information incorrect for a performance, such changes shall be either announced to the audience over a public address system or they shall be included in an insert in the program for the performance.
House Programs. SUNY will provide a program for the Performance(s). Copy to be included in the house program must be furnished by Speaker to SUNY no later than six (6) weeks prior to the Performance(s). The printed program shall be subject to the space and design limitations of the standard house programs. Speaker shall be consulted as to the material that will be edited if such a necessity arises.

  • In-Service Programs The parties to this collective agreement recognize the value of in-service education both to the employee and the Employer. A) The Employer reserves the right to identify specific in-service programs deemed compulsory. B) Employees required to attend such programs will be paid at the applicable rate of pay.
