HOUSING ASSIGNMENT AND GRANT OF LICENSE FOR USE OF SPACE. Provider agrees to furnish Resident with housing space in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The parties to this Agreement do not intend that an estate, a tenancy, or any interest in the property should pass to Resident from Provider to Resident, nor is it intended that a usufruct be granted to Resident. Instead, it is the intention of the parties that the relationship between Provider and Resident is one of licensor and licensee and that the sole right of Resident to use his/her assigned room as a living unit is based upon the license granted to Resident in this Agreement.
