Housing Subsidy. An after-tax amount equal to the present value of the cost of any housing subsidy given to the Executive by the Corporation prior to the Executive’s termination of employment that would have been payable by the Corporation under the terms of its policy in effect as of the Change in Control had the Executive continued to be employed during the Severance Period.
Housing Subsidy. During the Term the Company shall provide the Executive with a housing subsidy at a maximum rate of 2,240 pounds sterling per week to defray liabilities for rent and associated costs incurred by the Executive in securing residential accommodation for himself in London during the Term. 46.01 Subject to the conditions set out in Article 46.02, full time employees, other than casual employees, upon completion of thirty (30) days of employment shall be entitled to:
(a) a housing allowance of five hundred twenty-one dollars and eighty seven cents ($521.87) per month.
(b) A household allowance two hundred and forty-three dollars and fifty-four cents ($243.54) per month.

46.03 Part time employees shall receive the above benefits on a pro rata basis: NB Half time equals half benefits.
46.04 Such benefits shall be paid within the first week of each month.
46.05 When an employee terminates his/her employment he/she shall be paid the above benefit on a pro rata basis.
