HOW AND TRADE SECRETS. All know-how and trade secret information conceived or originated by the Consultant that arises out of the performance of Consultant's obligations or responsibilities under this Agreement or any related material or information shall be the property of the Company, and all rights therein are by this Agreement assigned to the Company.
