HOW DO I OBJECT TO THE SETTLEMENT. If you are a Settlement Class Member and do not exclude yourself from the Settlement Class, you can object to the Settlement. If you wish to object to the Settlement, you must file your objection in writing with the Clerk of the Court of the Circuit Court of Champaign Peoria County, Illinois, 10▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇.▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇sing the Odyssey E-Filing system or other means acceptable to the Court under its rules.
