How do I participate in the Settlement. If you do nothing, you will automatically be included as a participant in this Settlement and will not have to take any further action to receive your settlement payment. By participating in the Settlement, you will be bound by the Release. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Settlement Administrator has your current address on file, or you may not receive important information or a settlement payment.
