How to Get Started Sample Clauses

The "How to Get Started" clause outlines the initial steps or procedures that parties must follow to begin their engagement or fulfill their obligations under an agreement. Typically, this clause details the actions required to initiate the contract, such as submitting necessary documentation, making an initial payment, or scheduling a kickoff meeting. By clearly specifying these starting requirements, the clause ensures that both parties understand how to commence their relationship, reducing confusion and facilitating a smooth transition into the contractual arrangement.
