How to give a notice. A notice, consent or other communication under this Agreement is only effective if it is: (a) in writing, signed by or on behalf of the Party giving it; (b) addressed to the Party to whom it is to be given; (c) either: (i) delivered or sent by pre-paid mail (by airmail, if the addressee is overseas) to that Party's address; (ii) by email addressed to the person for the time being occupying the position with the receiving Party.
