However, if Buyer gives Seller notice of its election to terminate this Agreement, Seller may elect, by written notice to Buyer and to Escrow Holder within five (5) business days following Seller's receipt of Buyer's notice, to correct the objectionable matter prior to Closing. If Seller elects to correct the objectionable matter, Seller will be entitled to extend the Due Diligence Period for not more than fifteen (15) days in order to correct the objectionable matter and, in such event, Seller will so notify Buyer and Escrow Holder in writing and this Agreement will not terminate. If Seller fails to correct the objectionable matter by the expiration of the Due Diligence Period, as extended, Buyer may terminate this Agreement and receive a refund of its ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit including any interest that may have accrued on any portion thereof in Escrow prior to its release.
