HSPD-12. When a Contractor or their Subcontractors are required to have physical access to a Federal controlled facility or access to a Federal information system, the Contractor shall comply with agency personal identity verification procedures in task orders that implement Homeland Security Presidential Directives-12 (HSPD-12).
