Human Resources Policy and Procedures. Executive agrees to review and abide by Employer's Human Resources Policy & Procedures Manual. Executive understands that Employer has the right to modify or rescind any policies in its Human Resource Manual, other than the policy regarding at-will employment, for any reason and with or without notice.
