Common use of Hypertext Links Clause in Contracts

Hypertext Links. If Distributor has a World Wide Web site ("Web --------------- site"), Distributor shall establish a hypertext link to ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s Web site within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date. With respect to each hypertext link linking users of Distributor's Web site to ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s Web site, Distributor shall not alter the look, feel, or functionality of ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s Web site and shall not act to prevent the look and feel of ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s Web site (including, without limitation, page format, navigational bars, colors, fonts, ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s trademarks, all hyperlinks appearing on ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s Web site or, in general, the overall design of ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s Web site) from being displayed.
