Hypothecs or prior claims. The BORROWER undertakes to keep the property free of all prior claims, hypothecs, or encumbrances whatsoever including those which might have precedence over the LENDER’s rights, save those declared hereinbelow. The BORROWER binds and obliges itself to furnish at its expense, to the LENDER on request, any renunciation, granting of priority, acquittance, or release which the latter may deem necessary to protect the priority of its rights on the hypothecated property.
