Common use of I PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

I PURPOSE. It is the desire of both parties to specify within this Agreement the entitlement of those employees covered by this Agreement as to salary, allowances, monetary benefits and other matters mutually agreed to, all of which constitute the entire negotiated Agreement between the parties hereto.
