Common use of IB System and Use of Electronic Services Clause in Contracts

IB System and Use of Electronic Services. In order to communicate with the Interactive Broker’s System ("IB System”) (and to utilise the services contemplated herein), IBUK and/or its affiliate’s may allow (in IBUK’s sole discretion) the Client to use certain of IBUK’s and/or its affiliate’s electronic trading services (including connectivity services) and any other electronic and information systems or networks (“Electronic Services”) subject to the terms of this Agreement.
