IBM Off-site Tape Storage. “IBM Off-site Tape Storage” shall be a Resource Unit Category. One (1) Resource Unit for this Resource Unit Category shall be equal to one (1) tape device or cartridge utilized by DIR Customers and physically transported and stored at a DIR approved or pre-negotiated off-site (non-DIR Facility) location. This includes archived data stored for long term retention.
