Common use of ICL Distribution Spreadsheet Clause in Contracts

ICL Distribution Spreadsheet. The PMT will develop the ICL Distribution Spreadsheet and update it to include those Risk/Reward Team members procured during the Validation Phase per Article 6 and indicate the respective ICL and ICL Percentages of the Risk/Reward Team. The ICL Distribution Spreadsheet (and its updates) will be amended into the Agreement as Exhibit G.
