Identification and Inspection. 6.1 The Lessor may require the Lessee to take such steps to aid the identification of the Goods as the Lessor considers reasonably necessary. 6.2 Subject to Clause 6.3, the Lessor, or any person acting on the Lessor’s behalf, shall during normal business hours upon giving reasonable notice to the Lessee be given reasonable facilities to inspect the Goods and all maintenance records and other similar documents relating to the Goods and for such purpose be entitled to enter upon and remain for a reasonable time in any premises in or on which the Goods are installed or located. The Lessee, to the extent that it is permitted to do so, shall procure the granting of access to any premises in which the Goods may be located and such access may be exercised for any purpose including, if necessary, the severing, dismantling and removal of the Goods in accordance with Clause 12.4 hereof. 6.3 The Lessee may be under specific legal and/or regulatory obligations and/or restrictions in respect of the granting of access to its premises. The Lessee shall inform the Lessor of any such access obligations and/or restrictions and the Lessor acknowledges and agrees that it will adhere to all such obligations and/or restrictions when both requesting access to the Lessee's premises and accessing the Lessee's premises.
