Common use of Identification and Refusal of Entry Clause in Contracts

Identification and Refusal of Entry. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that University has the rights to (a) require identification from any person on the University's premises, (b) refuse entry to persons having no legitimate business on the University's premises, and (c) eject any undesirable person refusing to leave peaceably on request. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will cooperate with all authorized University representatives in the exercise of University's rights described in the preceding sentence.
