Common use of Identification and Refusal of Entry Clause in Contracts

Identification and Refusal of Entry. Contractor acknowledges that Owner has the rights to (i) require identification from any person on the Owner’s premises, (ii) refuse entry to persons having no legitimate business on the Owner’s premises, and (iii) eject any undesirable person refusing to leave peaceably on request. Contractor will cooperate with all authorized Owner representatives in the exercise of Owner’s rights described in the preceding sentence.
