Identification Badge. All employees will be furnished with an Identification Badge in a form determined by the Employer. The Identification Badge shall not contain any Personal Information, as defined by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, other than the employee’s photo and first name. The Identification Badge must be properly displayed in accordance with the Employer’s requirements. The employee shall have the Identification Badge in their possession during all working hours.
Identification Badge. Contractor will provide each of Contractor’s employees, representatives, agents and subcontractors with an identification badge and will cause each employee, representative, agent and subcontractor to prominently display the badge on his or her person at all times while on Campus.
Identification Badge. It is a condition of your continuing registration under this Agreement that you are issued with and wear identification during each Assignment. This may require you to complete any necessary forms; to produce evidence of identity and to provide or cooperate with the production of a photograph to enable the identification badge to be produced. You are reminded of your duty under the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care to avoid injury to yourself and others; to report all incidents, accidents and hazards using the Critical Incident Reporting Procedure; to use safety equipment provided for your protection and to co-operate with management in meeting statutory requirements. A copy of the Trust’s policy in relation to Health and Safety can be found on the intranet. Smoking is prohibited on all Trust premises and grounds.
Identification Badge. Contractor shall provide an appropriate name badge for each of its employees that shall always be worn while on duty. All lettering, patches, and/or badges will be displayed on the uniform with GS/OAS’ authority.
Identification Badge. The Contractor shall obtain an identification badge for each Contractor employee from NETL Security prior to entry on duty. Contractor employees shall display this identification badge at all times within NETL facilities. Contractor shall be responsible for returning badge of departing employee to Security (see Part I, Section H, “Access to DOE-Owned or Leased Facilities). DATA SECURITY All information, whether stored in the computer, in hard copy form, or on magnetic media, shall be protected from disclosure and unauthorized modification or destruction at all times. Contractor personnel shall take all precautions to protect the information and programs and shall report all suspected violations to the COR or Cyber Security Program Manager (CSPM). Information processed and stored by these Information Resource systems shall include some information that must be safeguarded from disclosure and alteration. That information is subject to protection by the Privacy Act of 1974 or The Freedom of Information Act (5 USC, Section 522). The Contractor agrees, in the performance of this contract, to keep sensitive information in the strictest of confidence and to take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized modification or destruction, said information being the sole property of the Government. The Contractor shall take such reasonable measures as are necessary to restrict access to this information, while in his possession, to those employees needing such information to perform the work provided herein (e.g. on a "need to know” basis). The Contractor shall immediately verbally notify, and notify in writing before the close of business of the next day, the COR or the CO or his authorized representative, in the event that the Contractor has or has reason to suspect a breach of data security occurred.
Identification Badge. Every District worker shall be issued annually an employee identification badge. The identification badge is for employee identification at the District and may also be used for discounts on ticket purchases and at participating local retail establishments. Identification badges are available to all employees for the purpose of public identification on campus property and property owned or controlled by the District. All employees are encouraged to wear their identification badge; however, badges shall be mandatory for employees that do no wear uniforms. The District shall make available suitable and safe identification badge holders or badge reels for each employee.
Identification Badge. All employees will wear an identification Badge while in the plant except if wearing the badge is a safety hazard. All employees are required to show their ID Badge upon entering the plant. Employees without an ID badge will be given a temporary badge in exchange for a valid legal ID. If the badge has been lost, the employee will be asked to wait at the guard entrance until a supervisor can verify the employee may enter the plant and the employee will be given a temporary badge in exchange for a valid legal ID. Employees who lose an identification badge outside the plant will be charged $5.00 for a replacement.

Identification Badge. All personnel who have access to the jobsite are required to wear the identification badge required by the School District on their outer garment. Personnel visiting the site must be escorted by an individual with an identification badge. The identification badge will be issued and monitored by the ESCO. The ESCO shall be responsible for photographing the employee and for laminating the identification badges. The background for the identification badges will be supplied by the ESCO and approved by the School District of Philadelphia.
