Common use of Identification of Parties Clause in Contracts

Identification of Parties. ODEC will comply with all requests by or on behalf of the Lenders, or any one of them, for information concerning the identification of ODEC, including its corporate organization, place or places of business, operations and registration or qualification to do business in any place, senior management, and principal ownership, for purposes of complying with the Bank Secrecy Act, P.L. 97-258 (September 13, 1982), as amended, and all regulations adopted thereunder, and the Patriot Act, and for information concerning the use or destination of the proceeds of the Loans or the Letters of Credit, for purposes of complying with the Trading With the Enemy Act of 1917, ch. 106, 40 Stat. 411 (October 6, 1917), as amended, and all regulations adopted and executive orders issued thereunder.
