Identification of Personnel Authorized to Have Access to Licensee's Facilities. All personnel authorized to have access to Licensee’s facilities shall, while working in WAA’s Conduits or Duct Banks, or in the vicinity of such Conduits or Duct Banks, carry with them suitable identification and shall, upon request of any WAA employee, Airport tenant or regulatory representative, produce such identification.
