Identification of Students. Each classroom teacher shall be given written notification by the end of the fourth full week of the fall semester and the end of the fourth full week of the spring semester of any and all special programs or circumstances (including but not limited to RSP, English Language Learners, special education, health issues, any Education Code section 49079 issue, etc.) for each student enrolled in the teacher’s class.
Identification of Students. Pursuant to s. 1002.45(6)(b), F.S., each student enrolled in the School must take State-required assessment tests. The School shall continuously maintain and immediately keep updated all student information in the Sponsor’s student information systems to enable the Sponsor to determine the grades, home address, accommodations (if any), and types of State- required assessments to be taken by the School’s students. The School is ultimately responsible for identifying the types of assessments each student takes and any accommodations and for cooperating with the Sponsor and providing the Sponsor information needed in sufficient time to schedule the appropriate assessments for the students. The School shall timely notify its students and student’s parents of this information.
Identification of Students. 4.1 The Cohort, absent consent by the teacher, shall be composed solely of students from the teacher’s class list or caseload.
Identification of Students. HASA will provide The District with a list of all students by name and school district or state of residence, and the parents’ and guardians’ names for students residing in the HASA facility covered by this Agreement. The report will be filed on the PDE form titled “Determination of District of Residence for Students in Facilities or Institutions in Accordance with Section 1306 of School Code”. Because all such youths are juveniles, The District shall not release any information concerning the identity of any child, or the parent of any child, placed at HASA except as permitted by law.

Related to Identification of Students

  • Evaluation of Students A teacher shall maintain the right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluation of students within the grading policies of the District based upon professional judgment of available criteria pertinent to any given subject area or activity for which the teacher is responsible. No grade or evaluation shall be changed without consultation with the teacher.

  • Identification of Goods Identification of the goods shall not be deemed to have been made until both Buyer and Seller have agreed that the goods in question are to be appropriate to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.

  • Identification of Data a. All Background, Third Party Proprietary and Controlled Government Data provided by Disclosing Party shall be identified in the Annex under which it will be provided. b. NASA software and related Data provided to Partner shall be identified in the Annex under which it will be used. Notwithstanding H.4., Software and related Data will be provided to Partner under a separate Software Usage Agreement (SUA). Partner shall use and protect the related Data in accordance with this Article. Unless the SUA authorizes retention, or Partner enters into a license under 37 C.F.R. Part 404, the related Data shall be disposed of as instructed by NASA.

  • Non-Identification Approved Users agree not to use the requested datasets, either alone or in concert with any other information, to identify or contact individual participants from whom data and/or samples were collected. Approved Users also agree not to generate information (e.g., facial images or comparable representations) that could allow the identities of research participants to be readily ascertained.
