Identification Plates. 11.2.1 Lessor shall affix, at its expense, and Lessee shall, at its expense, at all times maintain on the Airframe and each Engine an identification plate (of a size no smaller than 2” x 3”) containing the following legends or any other legend requested by L▇▇▇▇▇ in writing:
(a) THIS AIRCRAFT IS OWNED BY BANK OF UTAH, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE, AND IS SUBJECT TO A FIRST PRIORITY MORTGAGE IN FAVOR OF INTERNATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE AS SECURITY TRUSTEE AND SUBJECT TO AN AIRCRAFT LEASE AGREEMENT WITH GLOBAL CROSSING AIRLINES, INC." 11.2.2 If at any time Lessor or Owner transfers any of its interests in the Aircraft or this Agreement as permitted hereunder or Owner finances or refinances the Aircraft, Lessee shall, at Lessor’s request and cost, promptly affix such identification plates to the Airframe and each Engine as may be required by Lessor.
11.2.3 Additionally, Lessee shall, at its expense, at all times maintain a record in the logbook for each Engine evidencing that the respective Engine is owned by Owner and, if Owner finances or refinances the Aircraft and grants a Mortgage over it, is subject to the Mortgage in favor of the Financier.
Identification Plates. LESSOR will affix and LESSEE will at all times maintain on the Airframe and each Engine the identification plates containing the following legends or any other legend reasonably requested by LESSOR in writing:

A non-removable plate shall be affixed to the exterior of each Manufacturing Computer, Central Computer and Player Terminal which shall have written a ppen d ix x 2/11/99 upon it the computer or Terminal's serial number, model number, name of the manufacturer and a unique location or inventory number.

Identification Plates. Lessee shall, throughout the Lease Term, maintain in respect of the Airframe, the APU and each Engine a fireproof identification plate of a reasonable size, in a clearly visible place in the cockpit of the Aircraft (or in the vicinity of the Airframe Manufacturer’s data plate) and in close proximity to the Manufacturer’s data plate on each Engine and the APU, that contains the legend in writing appearing in Appendix 2B. Lessee shall not remove, or cause or permit the removal or modification of such identification plate without Lessor’s prior written consent. Lessee shall not allow the name of any other Person (with the exception of Lessee) to be placed on the Airframe or any Engine as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership or of any interest therein. Lessee shall promptly replace any such nameplate that becomes illegible, lost, damaged or destroyed for any reason. If at any time Lessor and/or Owner transfer their respective interests in the Aircraft or this Lease as permitted hereunder or Lessor or Owner finances or refinances the Aircraft, Lessee will, at Lessor’s request and cost, promptly affix such new nameplates to the Airframe and the Engines as may be required by Lessor.

On the Delivery Date (or, in case of the APU, as soon as practicable thereafter), Lessee will affix, or arrange to affix, and at all times during the Lease Term maintain in a prominent position on the Airframe, each Engine and the APU fireproof metal identification plates bearing a legible inscription stating the relevant serial number and denoting the name of (i) Lessor as owner, (ii) Lessor’s Lender as mortgagee, if applicable, and (iii) Lessee as operator. Lessee will not allow the name of any other person to be placed on the Airframe, any Engine or the APU as a designation that constitutes a claim of ownership or a claim of any Security Interest, provided that nothing shall prohibit Lessee from placing its customary colors and insignia on the Airframe.

Lessee undertakes (at the cost of the Party identified in Part I, point 18 of the Novation Agreement) to have replacement identification plates (bearing the inscription set forth in the Lease, as amended by this Agreement as provided in Part I, point 9 of the Novation Agreement) affixed to the Aircraft and the Engines in the manner described in the Novated Lease as soon as practicable after the Effective Time.

The execution of this Lease by the parties hereto constitutes the authorization by Lessee to Lessor's legal counsel to make (and where necessary to execute on Lessee's behalf) such perfection filings customary in U.S. legal practice as Lessor and its counsel deem necessary or desirable to protect the interest of Lessor, Owner and any Financing Party hereunder. From time to time on reasonable written request made by Lessor, Lessee shall provide to Lessor a letter on the letterhead of Lessee, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lessor and executed by an officer of Lessee, authorizing such Persons as Lessor may specify to make such perfection filings as Lessor reasonably deems necessary or desirable to protect the interests of Lessor, Owner or any Financing Party hereunder. Perfection of Title.Lessee shall, together with Owner and/or Lessor, cause, or, at Lessor's request, assist Lessor in causing, this Lease, the Lease Supplement and any and all additional documents and instruments which shall be executed pursuant to the terms hereof as permitted by applicable Law or regulations, to be kept, filed and recorded in the Register. Lessee shall not take any action which would conflict with or adversely affect such filings and recordation of the Lease and such other documents as provided herein.
