Common use of Identification Required Clause in Contracts

Identification Required. Company shall provide its employees, Affiliates and subcontractors with identification for all individuals who may make personal contact with residents or businesses in City. City may require Company to notify Customers yearly of the form of that identification. Company shall provide a list of current employees, Affiliates, and subcontractors to City upon request. City reserves the right to perform a security and identification check through law enforcement agencies upon Company and all its present and future employees, in accordance with accepted procedures established by City, or for probable cause.
