Identity of Transfer Agent Clause Samples

Identity of Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent for the Common Stock is Mellon Investor Services LLC. Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Common Stock or other shares of the Company’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrant, the Company will mail to the Holder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Identity of Transfer Agent. Forthwith upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Common Stock or any other shares of the Company’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the Warrant the Company will notify the Holder of the name and address of such subsequent transfer agent.

Identity of Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent for the Common Stock is _____________________. Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Common Stock or other shares of the Company's capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrant, the Company will mail to the Warrantholder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Common Stock or other shares of the Company’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrant, the Company will mail to the Warrantholder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Identity of Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent for the Common Stock is Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions, Inc. Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Shares, the Company will send to the Warrant Holder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Identity of Transfer Agent. The transfer agent for the Common Stock is Island Stock Transfer, Inc. Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Common Stock or other shares of the Company’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrant, the Company will, within five (5) business days, mail to the Holder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Identity of Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent for the Ordinary Shares is American Stock Transfer and Trust Company. Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Ordinary Shares or other shares of the Company’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrant, the Company will mail to the Warrantholder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.
