If by Death or Disability. If Executive dies during the Post-Change Period or if Executive has a Separation from Service during the Post-Change Period by reason of Executive’s Disability, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parties’ sole obligation to Executive under this Article II shall be to pay Executive a lump-sum cash amount equal to all Accrued Obligations determined as of the Termination Date.
