If the Settlement Does Not Become Final. If the Settlement does not become final for any reason, the Settlement will be deemed null and void. In such an event, the Parties will resume as if the Settlement had not been entered, and the terms and provisions of this Agreement will have no further force and effect and may not be used for any purpose (except to potentially later demonstrate the work performed by Plaintiff's counsel).
