If to Customer. the contact information listed on the Order Form as “Service Address and Email” or the contact information provided via the Platform Services. All notices shall be deemed effective when: a) successfully delivered to the applicable physical address, if sent via certified physical mail, b) upon successful delivery to a Party’s designated email address, or b) upon successful transmission if sent via facsimile and any notice must be sent via one of the foregoing methods. Each Party may change their address for notices via proper notice to the other Party. Affinity reserves the right, but not the obligation, to provide notice via the Platform Services.
