Any notice or communication sent by way of facsimile transmission shall be deemed to have been received on the day it was transmitted, but only if the sender has a facsimile transmission report generated by the sender's facsimile machine which confirms that the notice or communication was transmitted in its entirety. If mail service is disrupted by labour controversy, notice shall be delivered personally or by way of facsimile transmission.
