Common use of If we do not receive notice Clause in Contracts

If we do not receive notice. If you do not provide us with notice in accordance with Clause 3.2 (or if no notice is provided at all) fees in lieu of notice will be payable by you and will become due and owing to the School upon demand as a debt. The fees in lieu of notice will be charged at the rate applicable for the term when your child was due to start. The School will apply the deposit you have paid (without any entitlement to repayment under Clause 3.2 above) as payment of the fees in lieu of notice you will owe us.
