Common use of IHS Stock Clause in Contracts

IHS Stock. IHS has duly authorized and reserved for issuance the IHS Stock to be issued in connection herewith, and when issued in accordance with the terms of paragraph 14 such IHS Stock will be validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable and free of preemptive rights. IHS has complied, or will comply in a timely manner, and will act in compliance with all applicable Governmental Requirements with respect to the issuance of IHS Stock.

IHS Stock. IHS has duly authorized and reserved for issuance the IHS Stock to be issued in connection herewith, and when issued in accordance with the terms of paragraph 14 4, such IHS Stock will be validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable and free of preemptive rights. IHS has complied, or will comply in a timely manner, and will act in compliance with all applicable Governmental Requirements with respect to the issuance of IHS Stocknonassessable.

IHS Stock. IHS has duly authorized and reserved for issuance the IHS Stock Shares to be issued in connection herewith, and and, when issued in accordance with the terms of paragraph 14 Section 7, such IHS Stock Shares will be validly issued, fully paid paid, and nonassessable and free of preemptive rights. IHS has complied, or will comply in a timely manner, and will act in compliance compliance, with all applicable Governmental Requirements with respect to the issuance of the IHS StockShares.

IHS Stock. IHS has duly authorized and reserved for issuance the IHS Stock to be issued in connection herewith, and and, when issued in accordance with the terms of paragraph 14 Article 7, such IHS Stock will be validly issued, fully paid paid, and nonassessable non-assessable and free of preemptive rights. IHS has complied, or will comply in a timely manner, and will act in compliance with all applicable Governmental Requirements with respect to the issuance of IHS Stock.
