Common use of Illegal Aliens Clause in Contracts

Illegal Aliens. The Consultant certifies that it shall comply with the provisions of C.R.S. 8-17.5-101 et seq. The Consultant shall not knowingly (i) employ or contract with an illegal alien to perform work under this Agreement, (ii) enter into a contract with a subcontractor that knowingly employs or contracts with an illegal alien to perform work under this Agreement, or (iii) enter into a contract with a subcontractor that fails to contain a certification to the Consultant that the subcontractor shall not knowingly employ or contract with an illegal alien to perform work under this Agreement.

The If Consultant has any employees or subcontractors, the Consultant shall comply with §§ 18-17.5-101, et seq., C.R.S., regarding Illegal Aliens – Public contracts for Services, and the Contract. By execution of this Contract, the Consultant certifies that it shall comply with the provisions of C.R.S. 8-17.5-101 et seq.
