Illegal Provision. If any provision of this Lease becomes violative of the rules, regulations or reimbursement policies of any third party program, any federal or state statute, rule or regulation, or administrative or judicial decision, Lessor shall have the right to request that the Parties alter the terms of this Lease so that it no longer violates the same.
