Illinois Compiled Statutes. Borrower represents, warrants, covenants and agrees that all proceeds of the Loan evidenced by the Loan Documents will be used for the purposes specified in 815 ILCS 205/4(l) (c) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, and that the indebtedness secured hereby constitutes a business loan which comes within the purview of such statute.
