Common use of Image Quality Clause in Contracts

Image Quality. The image quality of the items you transmit to us using Mobile Check Deposit must be legible and comply with the requirements established and updated from time to time by us, the American National Standards Institute (“ANSI”), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, and/or any other applicable regulatory agency, clearinghouse or association.

Image Quality. The image of a check transmitted to us through Mobile Deposit must be legible, as determined in our sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, the image quality of the items you transmit to us using Mobile Check Deposit check or item must be legible and comply with the requirements established and updated from time to time by us, the American National Standards Institute (“ANSI”), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, and/or or any other applicable regulatory agency, clearinghouse clearing house, or associationassociation with which we interact.

We reserve the right to reject any check image that is not clear, clearinghouse skewed, or associationthat is suspicious in any manner.
