IMI Precision. Engineering specifically reserves the right to deduct from any monies due or to become due to the Supplier any monies due to IMI Precision Engineering from the Supplier and to withhold the whole of or part of the Price and/or the Charges for any reason whatsoever. If IMI Precision Engineering withholds or deducts any amount from the amount payable by it to the Supplier from time to time, such withholding or deduction shall not constitute a default in payment.

  • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API).   • Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.
