Common use of Immaterial Changes Clause in Contracts

Immaterial Changes. Before the commencement of the package tour, the tour operator is entitled, exempt from liability, to make immaterial changes to the package tour without the traveller's consent. The traveller is obliged to accept such changes if before the commencement of the package tour and without undue delay the tour operator clearly and precisely informs the traveller of the said changes.
