Immediate Investigation Sample Clauses

The Immediate Investigation clause requires that an investigation into a specified issue or incident begins without delay as soon as it is discovered or reported. In practice, this means that upon notification of a problem—such as a breach, accident, or non-compliance—responsible parties must promptly gather facts, assess the situation, and document findings. This clause ensures that issues are addressed quickly, minimizing potential harm and preserving evidence, thereby supporting timely resolution and accountability.
